Gulab jamun


Gulab jamun is popular Indian Sweet. I bookmarked this recipe long back, but didn't get time to prepare it. As Diwali is nearing, so I thought this is the best time to try my hand. I tried this morning and the result was simply awesome. This recipe  is really easy to make, especially for those who wants to try hand in making sweets !!!

Sandesh


Sandesh is a simple yet tasty dessert which is prepared using paneer. Sandesh is a specialty from  Bengal. I wanted to try it from long time, so thought that Diwali is the best time as this is the festival of lights and sweets. I referred the recipe from sharmispassions.com blog.

Kalakand





Kalakand is a milk based dessert where milk and paneer are cooked together. Personally I love kalakand a lot. First time when I tried this recipe, it was big hit among my friends. This is must for this Diwali.

My mother in law's Dahi Vada is very famous among friend's and family. Her Dahi Vada is so soft that it just get dissolve in mouth. Taste is so tempting and delicious. Whenever she visit our place we ask her to prepare some of her best recipes and dahi vada is among one of them.

Dhuska



Dhuska is a festival dish in Bihar/Jharkhand. At my home mostly in Durga Puja and Holi my Mom use to prepare. This recipe is specially for all those who miss their mom's Dhuska. Hey guys, this is really very easy to prepare and tasty to eat. Dhuska with the "aloo ki sabzi" is inviting and mouth watering combination.

Gajar/Carrot Halwa
