Mango Ice cream

As mango season is here and days are getting hotter day by day so thought to make a Ice cream using Mangoes. It is refreshing, rich and creamy in texture which makes it inviting.


Freezing time: 5-6 hrs
Preparation Time: 10-15 mins

  • Mango pulp: 2 cup
  • Sweetened Condense Milk: 1 cup
  • Cool Whipped cream: 1/2 cup


  • Combine the mango pulp, sweetened condense milk and whipped cream, mix them using whisk till all are mixed well.

  • Transfer the mixture in shallow container. Cover and freeze  for around 2-3 hrs.

  • After 2-3 hrs take out the ice cream and blend  till it is smooth and creamy.
  • Again transfer  into the shallow container. Cover and freeze till it is firm.
  • Scoop and serve.

  • Can prepare mango pulp at home. For that you just need to peel and  cut the mango into chunks and blend it to make a puree.
  • Can add chopped nuts to give a crunchiness.
