Cheesy Triangle



I was wondering what to name this recipe as this is again my experiment, which tastes awesome.
Since the shape is triangle so I named it "Cheesy Triangle". Many times I enter kitchen with a recipe in my mind and end up trying something new. When I was preparing this, was quite confident that it will come out good and Avi confirmed it.


RECIPE:


Cooking Time: 20-25 mins


Preparation Time: 15-20 mins


Ingredients:
  • Paneer: 1/3 cup ( crumbled)
  • Potato: 1/2 cup ( smashed)
  • Cheese: 1/4 cup ( grated)
  • Carrot: 1/4 cup (grated)
  • Peas: 1/3 cup
  • Bread: 2 slice
  • Coriander leaves: few string
  • Chaat masala: 1 tsp
  • Chilli pwd: 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin pwd: 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste




Method:




  • Heat oil in pan/kadai , add carrot and peas. Cook for 3-4 mins. Keep aside.
  • Grind bread to make a bread crumbs.




  • Combine the paneer, potato, cheese, carrot and paneer mixture, coriander leaves, chaat masala, chilli pwd, cumin pwd, salt to taste. Mix well and make a dough.
  • Add freshly made bread crumbs to potato-paneer dough and mix well.




  • Divide dough into equal size ball and  make a triangle shape.
  • Heat sufficient oil in kadai and deep fry these triangle till golden brown in color.
  • Take out on absorbent paper and serve hot with ketchup.



                                

Note:
  • Can use store bought bread crumbs.
  • If dough is not stiff then add more bread crumbs or corn flour.
  • Can add green chilli also in the mixture.
