Stuffed dahi kabab

I have prepared dahi kabab many times before but this time I gave it twist and prepared stuffed dahi kabab where paneer is used as stuffing. This stuffing enhances the taste of my old kabab. 


Cooking Time: 15-20 mins
Preparation Time: 15-20 mins


  • Hung curd: 1 cup
  • Corn flour: 2-3 tbsp
  • Pepper pwd: 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp( finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste
For Stuffing:
  • Paneer : 1/3 cup
  • Chilli pwd: 1/4 tsp
  • Chaat masala: 1/4 tsp
  • coriander leaves: 1 tbsp ( finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry


  • In large bowl combine hung curd, corn flour, pepper pwd, coriander leaves and salt.
  • Mix well and prepare a dough. keep aside.
  • In another bowl take all the stuffing material and mix well.

  • Divide curd dough into equal size ball.
  • Take a dough ball make a dent in center and place the paneer mixture.
  • Cover it by pressing the edges at center.
  • Heat sufficient oil in pan/kadai and deep fry these kabab till golden brown on medium heat.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.

  • Add more corn flour it dough is sticky.
