Since many people are liking the Aloo Tikki post so I thought to give aloo tikki a new twist, so I experimented Stuffed aloo Tikki and this turn out to be a good recipe. Stuffed aloo tikki is having a crispy outer layer and peas as stuffing.

Moong Dal Kachori





Moong Dal Kachori as name suggest is a kachori where moong dal is used as stuffing. Every bite is  crispy and drool worthy. It can be served as snacks or breakfast. Stuffed kachori is my all time favorite and now my 2 yr old boy has joined me as he loved it when I prepared last time for breakfast.

Paneer Potli




Few days back I had wontons, since I liked that so wanted to give it a try in my own way but I ended up making paneer potli. Paneer potli is innovative recipe having crispy outer layer. Here I have used paneer as a stuffing but you can use any other stuffing also, eg spring roll stuffing etc. It will go very well as appetizers.

Paneer Tikka Masala



Being vegetarian and Paneer lover, most of the time I end up doing some experiment with Paneer. Last time  when I prepared Paneer tikka, Avi asked me why don't you try Paneer tikka masala so this weekend I tried Paneer tikka masala and he loved it. For this recipe I prepared tikka on stove top instead of oven. This recipe is quite easy and required few ingredients. This is my way of making Paneer tikka masala, u can do your own variation as cooking is all about experimenting.

Cigar Roll



Cigar roll is crispy fried roll stuffed with paneer. First I saw this recipe on one of the cooking competition show on television. This weekend I prepared this recipe for HI TEA, Earlier I was very hesitant to prepare it as I was not sure whether my guests will like it or not but it was loved. So from now onward this is going to be one of the appetizers for my party menu.

Veg Momos





This is the first time I have made momos. Since long I was thinking to prepare it at home. Avi liked it and told that the taste is almost similar to what we get outside. When I had one I couldn't resist to have another as it was so delicious.
