Veg Momos

This is the first time I have made momos. Since long I was thinking to prepare it at home. Avi liked it and told that the taste is almost similar to what we get outside. When I had one I couldn't resist to have another as it was so delicious.

  • Divide the roll into equal size ball. Roll out the dough into a thin circle.
  • Place spoon full of stuffing in the center.

  • Steam momos in a steamer for 5-8 minutes.

Note:

  • I have used Rice cooker steamer for this preparation
