Vanilla Cake with Chocolate Mousse


This recipe is for chocolate lovers who wants to try chocolate in different forms.


RECIPE:

Cooking Time: 10-15 mins
Preparation Time: 1 hr

Ingredients:

Vanilla cake sponge: 1
Chocolate Mousse: as required
Sugar syrup: 3-4 tbsp

Method:



  • Cut the sponge in rectangle shape.
  • Place the cake on a flat tray.
  • Sprinkle sugar syrup on cake sponge.
  • Spoon in the cooled Chocolate Mousse on top of the cake.
  • Refrigerate for  3-4 hrs at least.
  • Cut in desired shape and serve.




Note:
  • Can use chocolate cake sponge for this recipe.
  • Can add one more layer of white chocolate mousse.
