Aloo paratha doesn't need any introduction/description. I don't think there is anybody who don't know what aloo paratha is !!! Even my lil son likes aloo paratha. This version of Aloo Paratha is totally my style.

  • Make small cup out of dough ball,in your palm(as shown in pic)  and place potato ball in center and seal by pulling the sides of dough ball.
  • Repeat the same with the rest.

  • Dust the working surface with some atta and roll out the stuffed dough.
  • Heat tawa/griddle and once its hot, place a paratha and let it cook for few second then flip it to other side and let it cook for a few more secs.
  • Then apply butter or ghee and roast to a golden shade on both sides.
  • Serve hot with yogurt or raita.

  • Use ghee to roast paratha for better taste.
  • Serve paratha with a topping of butter, it tastes awesome.
