Carrot Juice





Carrot Juice is very healthy. It is very good for kids. Carrot juice has uniquely sweet flavor and not only a good source of  vitamin A but also very high in vitamin B complex.

RECIPE:

Making Time: 5-10 mins
Preparation Time: 10-15 mins
Serve: 2


Ingredients:

Carrot: 4 large(grated)
Sugar: 1tsp(optional)


Method:

  1. Put Grated carrot in mixer/grinder.
  2. Grind carrot with little water.
  3. Stain it by adding 1/2 glass of water.
  4. Carrot juice is ready to serve.

Note:

     Can add sugar as per test.
