BabyCorn Paneer Jalferzi



Paneer jalferzi is a paneer preparation, where paneer is cooked with bell peper(capsicum) and onion. It taste awesome and quite easy to prepare. It is one of the party special paneer preparation.


RECIPE:

Cooking Time: 15-20 mins
Preparation Time: 10-15 mins

Ingredients:


Paneer cubes: 200 grm
Capsicum green and red: 1/2 cup (diced and deseeded)
Onion: 1large size (finely chopped)
Onion: 1 small (cut in 4 parts)
Tomato: 2 medium size
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
Turmeric pwd: 1/2 tsp
Chilli pwd: 1/4 tsp
Cumin pwd: 1/2 tsp
Kitchen king masala: 1/2 tsp
Coriander pwd: 1/2 tsp
Garam masala pwd: 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
Coriander leaves: 1/2 tsp( finely chopped)


Method:

  1. Heat  1-2 tsp oil in pan and saute paneer for a min and transfer it to hot water (this keeps paneer soft).
  2. Heat 1-2 tsp oil in pan and  saute baby corn for 3-4 min, now add the diced capsicum/bell pepper add onion which we have cut in 4 parts and saute for min or two and keep aside.
  3. Again heat  2-3 tsp oil in pan and add chopped onion and  ginger garlic past, cook until the onion turn light brown then add chopped tomato and all dry masala. Cook until oil start separating.
  4. Add the paneer cubes , baby corn, capsicum/bell papper, onion which we have saute earlier and mix well so that paneer cubes are well coated.
  5. Sprinkle finely chopped coriander leaves and serve with roti/paratha/naan.
