Crunchy Paneer Balls



Crunchy Paneer Ball is prepared with paneer. It can be served as appetizer. It is healthy and good for kid's snacks.


RECIPE:

Cooking Time: 15-20mins
Preparation Time: 10-15mins
Serve: 2-3


Ingredients:

Paneer: 250 grms
Cornflour: 4-5 tbsp
Chilli pwd: 1/3 tsp
Cumin pwd: 1/4 tsp
Chat masala pwd:1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep  frying


Method:

  1. Grate the paneer. 
  2. Add cornflour, chilli pwd, cumin pwd, chat masala and salt in grated paneer and mix well.
  3. Now make lemon size ball from the paneer mixture. If mixture is not binding well then add more cornflour.
  4. Heat the oil in pan and deep fry these ball on medium heat.
  5. Serve hot with sauce or green chutney.

Note:

Instead of chilli powder you can add chopped green chilli.
You can also bake these ball instead of deep frying.
Adjust corn flour to make a farm ball.
